a sophisticated software product suite that enables utilities to implement,
track, and manage energy efficiency (EE),
demand-side management (DSM),
and renewable energy (RE) programs.
V-TECH’s software products and services enable utility customers to use customized software applications
to reduce overall costs, launch programs faster, improve management visibility and increase program effectiveness,
all with no additional impact on their internal IT systems.
V-TECH has a proven track record with a variety
of industry clients. We have enabled client utilities, through the use of our E2DR product suite, to rapidly
develop and manage complex programs with an attractive ROI.
The E2DR product suite architecture is designed to manage and automate data capture,
perform analysis and reporting, and ensure compliance and program oversight. For example, the DataStore™ accepts
data from a variety of sources and integrates that data into a single database, simplifying reporting
and data management. The utility’s outside implementation contractors and internal program managers
provide program data at a frequency defined by the utility. The data is then run through a series of
automated checks and is finally approved by the utility’s program manager and the program contractor,
ensuring accurate and complete data is delivered to the DataStore. As a hosted solution, the system
has state of the art security and full compliance with major industry regulations: it is hosted in a
SAS 70 certified facility, has multiple direct carrier connections to the Internet, has managed firewall
and backup service, and is compliant with HIPPA, SOX and GLBA.
