Key Personnel

P.S. Vishwanath

Vishwanath has over 25 years of industry experience in establishing and managing programs in the U.S. and globally. He has worked with investor-owned and public energy utilities, industry groups, government agencies, and industry companies. His industry expertise includes strategic consulting for electric and gas industry companies, software products and services, business case development and economic analyses, home networking, advanced controls, and U.S./international standards activities.

Vishwanath is the founder of V-TECH, which is a company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to enable utility industry clients to effectively plan, launch, manage, and track energy efficiency, demand side management, and renewable energy programs.

He also works with client companies providing strategic consulting to senior management and program managers, conducting in-depth business case analysis and cost-benefit modeling, and developing targeted project reports for internal use and for submission to utility commissions.

Myong Holl

Myong is a System Architect for V-TECH having over seven years experience in programming and developing applications in multiple languages (FORTRAN, C, C++, C#). Over the last five years, she has specialized in the design and development of software applications and databases for data collection and reporting. She also has several years of experience in the development of web applications, (XML) web services, console applications, Windows applications, and Windows services using the Microsoft .NET framework.

At V-TECH, she is the System Architect for DataStore and Dashboard products for tracking, managing and reporting of data for utility industry programs. In this role, she is responsible for developing databases, web applications, and Windows services for client projects and internal operations. Her client list includes NVEnergy (formerly Nevada Power Company and Sierra Pacific Power Company), Progress Energy Carolinas, and Salt River Project.

Myong studied Robotics and Automation at UNLV where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Computer Science. She is currently finishing up her Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Controls and Dynamics.

Jason Grade

Jason has experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio including C, C++, C# and Visual Basic as well as Microsoft Office products. He also has experience with html and JavaScript web page design and development, and has done work in various programming languages such as Prolog and Scheme as well as other software packages such as Flash and Maya. He is a member of the graduating class of 2008 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he attained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science with a Mathematics Minor.

As a Software Engineer with V-TECH, Jason assists in the development and testing of new software applications and databases as part of the E2DR® product team. His recent projects include an automated PDF report-generator library, an automated data graphing tool for Excel, a data-logging web application for use by M&V engineers, and he is the primary developer and maintainer of the E2DR® Report Tracking software. He also works closely with Myong on the development, testing, and maintenance of the DataStore™ and DSPrime™ products.
