Making 2012 a Better Year

We hope all of our clients, readers and friends had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday break. Our best wishes again to all for a wonderful year in 2012. As I scanned the news this morning, I came across this nugget from The Hunger Site - this is a site dedicated to raising money to feed the worlds' hungry - they raised enough money in 2011 to donate 59 million cups of food. That would be amazing just by itself, but it's even more amazing when you find out how they raised this money: they did it by providing a link to their site to other sites on the Web and each time somebody just clicks on the link - they don't have to buy anything or donate any money!

We have done our part by posting this link on our site - we are proud to say we have had it on the V-TECH site from the start: our site has gone through many changes over the last 20 years, but we have always had a public service link and the Hunger Site link has been it for the last several years. So, we ask all of our readers to do the same - provide a link on your site [it costs you nothing and it helps to feed the hungry: that's as close to a free "get into heaven" pass you can find on this planet] and click on it once every day. Here's aNew Year resolution you can keep and feel good at the end of the year.
